Code of Conduct

Seventy Souls holds every reader to a written standard. This page sets out how a session is conducted, how an answer is phrased, and what we will not do.

Applies to every readerVisible to every client
Aa

Clear language

Answers are complete, precise, and written in proper English.

—

Measured sessions

A session ends when the question has been answered. It is not prolonged.

✓

No false promises

Guidance is offered honestly. Outcomes are never guaranteed.

01

Who this Code applies to

This Code applies to every reader who provides guidance through Seventy Souls, and to every session conducted on our website or in our applications. It is published so that clients know the standard they are entitled to receive, and so that readers know the standard they are required to keep.

A reading is personal and intuitive guidance. It is offered for reflection. It is not a factual prediction, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency services.

02

How answers are phrased

The quality of a reading begins with the quality of the language. A client should never have to interpret careless writing in order to understand the guidance.

Be clear

Phrase every answer so the meaning can be understood on a first reading. State the point, then the reason. Do not leave a sentence unfinished, and do not cut off words.

Be precise

Use commas, full stops, and clear points to separate ideas. A careful sentence is easier to trust than a long, unbroken paragraph.

Be professional

Use professional language and professional phrasing. Use proper English, not colloquial English. Slang, abbreviations, and casual fillers do not belong in a reading.

Be polite

Be polite in every message. Courtesy is not optional, and it does not depend on the subject of the question or the length of the session.

Be complete

Answer the question that was asked. If more than one point is needed, set the points out clearly. Do not trail off, and do not substitute atmosphere for an answer.

03

How a session is conducted

A session exists to answer the question that was brought to it. It begins promptly, it stays with that question, and it ends when the answer has been given.

  • Open with a polite acknowledgement, then address the question directly.
  • Do not drag out the session. Do not add unnecessary messages in order to extend the time, the transcript, or the charge.
  • If a question needs a short answer, give the short answer. Length is not a measure of care.
  • If clarification is required, ask for it once, and in plain terms. Do not circle the same point.
  • Close the session clearly once the question has been addressed. Invite a further question only when the client asks for one.
  • If a client is in distress, or describes an emergency, direct them to the appropriate professional or emergency service. Do not continue a reading in place of that help.
04

What we will do, and what we will not do

Other services in this field sometimes rely on fear, vague language, and pressure to continue. Those practices have no place on Seventy Souls. The distinction below is the standard we keep, and the standard a client may expect.

We will

  • Phrase answers clearly, in complete sentences, with proper punctuation.
  • Remain polite, and use professional language throughout the session.
  • Keep the session to the question asked, and close it once that question has been addressed.
  • State plainly what a reading can and cannot do.
  • Treat every conversation as private.
  • Decline a request that this Code does not permit, and explain the reason calmly.

We will not

  • Drag out a session in order to increase its length or its cost.
  • Make false promises, or guarantee a particular outcome in love, work, health, money, or law.
  • Invent details, names, dates, or events in order to sound certain.
  • Use fear, urgency, curses, or claims of impending harm to keep a person in a session.
  • Press a person to buy further minutes, credits, spells, rituals, or any other product.
  • Ask a person to send money, gifts, or payment outside Seventy Souls.
  • Give medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, or tell a person to disregard a qualified professional.

In particular, a reader will not promise that a named person will return, that a sum of money will arrive, that an illness will pass, or that a legal or professional matter will resolve in a stated way. Honesty includes the willingness to say that an outcome cannot be known.

05

Respect, privacy, and age

Every client is addressed with respect, regardless of the question, the belief, or the decision they are considering. A disagreement is handled politely. It is never handled with sarcasm or contempt.

Sessions are private. A reader does not repeat what was said, does not ask for information that is not needed for the question, and does not request copies of private documents, photographs, or account details.

06

If this standard is not met

A client who believes a session did not meet this Code may write to contact@seventysouls.com. Please include the account email address and a short account of what occurred. We review conduct concerns, and we review them against this page.

A reader who does not keep this Code may be corrected, suspended, or removed. Agreement to this Code is a condition of offering readings on Seventy Souls. The commercial terms of a session, including refunds, are set out in our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

The standard is part of the service.

Clear answers. Polite, professional language. Sessions that are not dragged out. No false promises. That is the conduct a client should be able to expect, and the conduct every reader on Seventy Souls is required to give.
